Hi Guys, I caught this 58cm Female Rainbow Trout on a live green frog I found in the bull rushes, I carefully threaded the hook thru it's back and dropped it in steady current. I only had to wait 2 minutes and reeled in this beauty. Both the trout and frog were released, surprisingly the frog hopped away and it has been one of my best freshwater catches. If you zoom in you can see the frog near her mouth.
