Within that compact body, the Seaborg 500J packs Daiwa’s most advanced MAGMAX G brushed motor with an astounding 166lbs of momentary winding power. Not only is the motor powerful but thanks to the JOG POWER LEVER, it just takes the push of the anglers’ thumb to activate and control the rate of retrieval to play the fish as they would on traditional equipment. Improving longevity and long-lasting smoothness a strategically placed MAGSEALED ball bearing placed along the spool shaft prevents water intrusion while maintaining ultra smooth rotation.

With a 440 yard capacity of 50lb braid, Atlantic and Gulf anglers will have more fun targeting deep snapper, Tilefish, and Grouper while Pacific anglers target deep rock cod, lingcod, and halibut.
